im 16 and currently weigh 119-120lbs and yes i am one of those girls who is self conscious about their body, but i am working on it
I started at 128lbs and got down to 111 by eating healthy and exercising but... my good habits soon turned to bad ones when i developed an eating disorder. I have now struggled for over a year, I am getting help and trying to lose the lbs i gained from skipping meals. I want to do this the healthy way again.
